2022 Forester Key Features

All the 2022 Subaru Forester trim levels all use the 2.5-litre DOHC engine, with 182 hp @ 5,800 rpm power and 176 lb-ft @ 4,400 rpm torque. For enhanced performance on the road, Subaru has equipped the Forester with Subaru Intelligent Drive (SI-DRIVE) and Auto Start-Stop System. All the trim levels have a towing capacity of 1500 lbs, except the Forester Wilderness which has a 3000 lbs towing capacity.

All the 2022 Subaru Forester trim levels have a Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, Vehicle Dynamics Control, EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology, SUBARU STARLINK® Multimedia, and Panoramic power moonroof.

The safety features in the Forester are a key reason to invest in it. Standard on all models is automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane-departure warnings with lane-keeping assist. You’ll also have built-in Subaru EyeSight technology, along with a Lineartronic Continually Variable Transmission (CVT) transmission. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) gave the Subaru SUV five stars on its safety features.
