Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
While the Subaru Crosstrek may not win any awards for interior space, it does offer a decent amount of room for its size. The front seats are comfortable and supportive, with plenty of lateral support on long trips. There’s also plenty of headroom and legroom for both front-seat passengers. Regarding cargo capacity, you can expect 1,569L with the rear seats folded down, which is less than some other small SUVs but still respectable, given how compact the Crosstrek is overall.
A few convenience features come standard on all models, like automatic headlights and wipers, power windows, cruise control, air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity, remote keyless entry, heated side mirrors, and cloth upholstery. The 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport and the Limited trim have heated front seats. The 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Limited has leather upholstery, a start push-button ignition system, and an overhead console storage compartment.
Technology, Infotainment, and Connectivity
The 2023 Subaru Crosstrek's infotainment system is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 2023 Convenience and the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Touring models are equipped with a 16.51cm touchscreen.
Moreover, the higher trims, such as the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Outdoor, Sport, and Limited models, come with an upgraded touchscreen size of 20.32cm.
Both infotainment systems have a USB port and SiriusXM radio compatibility over satellite radio channels one to three or 12-15 in audio zones two and three. Depending on your area code, you can connect your phone to the car's system without using any additional apps. As an option, you can also have an Alexa onboard the Crosstrek.
All models except the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Convenience come standard with the Starlink program. This will give you a lot of excellent features, including vehicle health, speed alert, remote horn, lights, boundary alerts, and even a curfew alert if you have a child borrowing the vehicle.
Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
The Crosstrek comes standard with several driver assistance features, including forward collision warning, lane departure warning, blind-spot monitor, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, pre-collision braking, and lane keep assist.
