The upcoming Subaru Crosstrek has been completely redesigned and re-engineered. It features a robust platform, stylish interiors and exteriors, the latest technology, and amazing power. This five door SUV features an AWD drivetrain, has good interior space and also features roof rails for full versatility.

Smart Technology
The biggest feature of the Subaru Crosstrek is the high-res 11.6-inch touchscreen. The screen gives you control over the Subaru STARLINK system. You also get keyless access and push button start without worrying about finding those pesky keys.
Driver-Assist Technology
The new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek features the latest award-winning EyeSight driver assistance technology. You get a wide-angle camera for a wider view, and improved recognition capabilities. All versions of the Crosstrek feature front-facing cameras to monitor traffic, adaptive cruise control, and lane keep assist.
Other features include automatic pre-collision braking, automatic emergency steering, and throttle and braking control to stay in complete control of your SUV.
When Can You Expect It?
As per the latest press release, the Subaru Crosstrek is set to debut at the Chicago Auto Show in Chicago sometime in 2023. It will make its Canadian debut at the Canadian International Auto Show.
What Can You Expect?
The Subaru Crosstrek will be available in four trims - Convenience, Onyx, Touring, and Limited. All Crosstrek models will feature 220mm ground clearance.
Touring and Convenience trims will feature a 2L 4-cylinder engine that will deliver 152hp and 145 lb-ft of torque. The Limited and Onyx trim will get an upgraded 2.5L Boxer engine that will deliver 182hp and 178 lb-ft of torque. All trims will feature the Lineartronic CVT that delivers a quieter and smoother performance. The Onyx, Touring, and Limited come with a manual mode that features paddle shifters on the steering wheel. This allows you to control the vehicle’s transmission through eight pre-set ratios.
Design
The Crosstrek features compact headlights, a broad stance and a sculpted body. The black wheels are in contrast to the body colour. There are several other improvements that enhance its performance. For example, an air outlet at the front wheel opening keeps air flowing freely. This reduces lift for the front tires and helps improve stability. Air outlets at the rear bumper also reduce how much the vehicle sways due to air being trapped behind it.
The interiors feature a new front seat design to decrease fatigue and improve comfort. The centre infotainment display comes with bright visuals that make it easy to view even from different angles and light conditions. You also get a lot of storage space, and good head and leg room. The rear glasses come with standard dark tint on all trims.
Safety
The platform for the Crosstrek has been improved with 10% higher torsional rigidity. Additional structural adhesive and stronger frame welding help with improved performance and a quieter cabin. The enhanced EyeSight driver assistance technology comes with improved control and an electric brake booster. It can identify pedestrians and other obstacles sooner and alert you as soon as possible to avoid accidents.
