What's new with the 2020 Subaru Forester?

What's new with the Forester? All Forester models are now powered by a new 2.5-liter Subaru Boxer four-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection that has an active valve control system (AVCS) on the exhaust side. It produces 182 hp and 176 lb-ft of torque versus its predecessor to give you quicker acceleration.  Technology-wise, the new Forester's adaptive cruise control system or EYESight has been upgraded with a new lane-centring function, and a lane departure prevention feature replaces the lane-keep. The license plates on all models have been fitted with LED illumination lamps which will last a lot longer than the incandescent predecessor.
